Griselda Films Announces 'Conflicted' Starring Benny The Butcher and Westside Gunn

Griselda Records is capping off a wild year with the announcement of the debut from Griselda Films 'Conflicted'. The movie executive produced by Benny the Butcher will feature the Buffalo native in a starring role as well. Directed by AK Reed the film tells the story of Hunter (Benny The Butcher), a Buffalo Gangster recently released from prison who vows to never go back. However after getting back on track and finding a new love interest his past comes back to haunt him and he's left conflicted. The movie was written by Duece King who is also featured in a starring role. The cast features other notable names including Westside Gunn, Michael Rapaport, J Holiday and more. The film is set to release via Pay Per View on January 15th.

The announcement of the film also included the announcement of the official 'Conflicted' soundtrack. The soundtrack will feature a number of impressive artists including Westside Gunn, Dave East, Lloyd Banks, Armani Caesar, Boldy James, ElCamino and many more. It won't be lacking on the production end either as Griselda's go to producer Daringer is joined by a number of notable names including the late DJ Shay, Fuse, 808 Mafia and more.

The first track released off the project "3:30 in Houston" was released alongside the announcement of the movie. The track is Benny the Butchers first solo release after he was the target of a shooting in Houston TX last month.
