Authentic Thai Restaurant to Open in Downtown Ithaca May 25th

On Saturday, May 25th 2019, Hakacha will open in downtown Ithaca. Hakacha aims to provide Ithaca with an example of authentic cuisine ranging from Pasta, Ramen, and even a few authentic family originated recipes. Hakacha will not serve alcoholic beverages or your typical 'Coke products' instead Hakacha will provide customers with a range of custom Italian style sodas as beverages.

Hakacha looks to create a quaint yet warm and comfortable casual dining experience for customers.

The owners hope Hakacha will be a place where families feel welcome to spend time together while enjoying great meals and live music.

The owners wish to remain anonymous in an effort to allow the great music and authentic food of Hakacha to speak for itself. Despite their desire to remain anonymous there is no lack in authenticity to the area of Ithaca or the Thai food.

One of the owners is a local producer from Ithaca who recently returned from living in Thailand. Following his experiences in Thailand the producer and his brother began working together on opening an authentic Thai restaurant in downtown Ithaca. This sparked the creation of Hakacha which will officially open it's doors to customers on Saturday May 25th, 2019 at 5pm.

You can visit Hakacha and support it's grand opening at 311 3rd street, Hancock Plaza in Ithaca NY. If you can't make it to the grand opening be sure to stop by Hakacha for dinner, open every day with the exception of Tuesdays from 5pm to 9pm.

If you support this article and Hakacha by sharing on social media you will be entered into an opportunity to win a free meal for you and a guest at Hakacha. Winner to be selected within the next week.
